Transitions you can hear
A transition is saved as the mix itself: both cue points, the beatmatch, and every EQ, filter and effect move across the blend. Play it back exactly as you worked it out.
For DJs, on Mac and Windows
Myxer keeps every mix you've worked out — the beatmatch, the EQ swap, the filter sweep — and lays your library out as a map of what goes into what.
A transition is saved as the mix itself: both cue points, the beatmatch, and every EQ, filter and effect move across the blend. Play it back exactly as you worked it out.
Every track sits between what you mix into it and what you mix out of it. Dashed edges are suggestions, picked by key and tempo, for the transitions you haven't tried yet.
Beats, tempo and key are detected from the audio itself. Two records lock to one grid, with pitch kept intact unless you shift the key on purpose.
Bring a third and fourth record in, loop a phrase while the next one builds, jump a deck to the drop. It all plays back from the same saved mix.
Chain saved transitions into a set and play it straight through, or follow the graph and let it show you where a set could go next.
The app reads music off your own disk, the way Serato, rekordbox and Traktor do. Only your library's details are synced, never a byte of the audio.
The app works the moment it's installed. Sign in when your library outgrows the free tier, and nothing you've made is lost.
